We are in the midst of unprecedented times. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) ravages the world, we are all doing our part as global citizens by self-quarantining and social distancing away from our friends and loved ones. I live in New York City, the epicenter of the virus in the United States, and it has certainly taken a great deal of effort to make sure that I maintain my mental health and well-being.
